This Warranty Policy describes the terms and conditions under which SIA AKKERMAN (CranexPro) provides warranty service for its equipment, including mini cranes and accessories.

1. Warranty Coverage

• This warranty applies to all CranexPro products sold directly or via authorized partners.
• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
• Coverage period: 12 months from date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Component failure not caused by misuse
• Structural integrity (e.g. frame, crane arm)
• Electrical and control unit defects (if part of standard configuration)

3. What Is Not Covered

• Wear and tear (e.g. wheels, cables, coatings)
• Damage due to misuse, negligence, or overloading
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage from environmental factors (corrosion, flooding, etc.)
• Use of non-original spare parts

4. Claim Procedure

• Claims must be submitted in writing to info@cranexpro.com within the warranty period.
• Customer must provide: proof of purchase, photos/videos of defect, and serial number.
• CranexPro reserves the right to request inspection or return of the item.

5. Remedies

• At its discretion, CranexPro may:
  • Repair the defective part
  • Replace the defective unit
  • Offer a partial refund
• All repairs or replacements under warranty are free of charge, including shipping if approved in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

• This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects.
• CranexPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Local Law Compliance

This policy does not limit any consumer rights provided under applicable national laws. In the event of conflict, Latvian law shall apply.
